You couldn't do it in a healthy way. Having said that, this is the best advice I have. I have followed two very effective weight loss plans as follows: Plan 1: The most healthy - you can keep the weight off for good! Replace EVERYTHING you eat with the fat free version. Switch to skim milk. Eat baked chicken breasts instead of chicken fingers. Eat oatmeal for breakfast instead of muffins. Drink water VERY often. For lunch, have a salad with fat free dressing and have an apple for dessert. For dinner, you could eat something baked, steamed vegetables, etc. Go to the gym at least three times a week and focus on cardio. Be sure to eat lots of smaller meals to speed up your metabolism and DON'T skip a meal. Also, be sure to take a multi-vitamin. Plan 2: Quick temporary weight loss NOT healthy for long term - All of the weight will NOT stay gone. Literally eliminate EVERYTHING in your diet except fruits and vegetables, rice, etc.. For breakfast, eat a fat free multi-grain cereal (I believe Special K fits this). For lunch, have a salad with NOTHING added (Cheese, etc.) and a fat-free dressing. For dinner, have steamed vegetables over a bed of whole grain unseasoned rice. Be sure to mix in dark greens for iron since you are eliminating meats. With this diet, be CERTAIN to take a multi-vitamin, a digestive enzyme (i.e. papaya) and an iron supplement. Avoid artificial sweeteners. Even though they are "sugar free, " they still pack on pounds. And cut out sodium as much as possible, as it causes you to retain water. Which, by the way, you will need to drink LOTS of. Good luck, and please be conscious of your health!! |
