Well if your perfect weight, no need to worry! I am normal weight and this bothered me too, bt i mean every girl is cautious! If its "stomach fat " your worried about, heres a bit of info that opened my eyes! 1.) There is a lil layer of skin across your lower belly that 'sticks out' a bit, that is not fat or anything (i thought it was) but it is to get your body ready for pregnancy and such when your older. 2.) When you sit you may notice 'belly fat' or 'rolls' and this may make you think your fat in some way, everyone has this when they sit or bend down because your ribs and hips are there so it pushes it like that. 3.) Unless you've gotten so much weight that your curves are filled in or you have rolls no matter what adn it shows, you are NOT fat! All you need to do is maintain your weight, eat healthy and dont eat junnk food all the time, who knows, you might even lose a couple pounds throughtout the time. Also, maybe join a sport that gives you a big workout. I've joined wrestling and i lost a bit of weight and i still eat really bad to tell you the truth, but wrestling evens it out cause we have a GREAT workout at my school. |

I found out a few weeks ago that additional weight is not always due to additional body fat, a great deal of extra weight is just lying around in the colon. I tested a new supplement that's taking the nation by storm, it flushes out the colon. I don't comprehend how it works nevertheless I comprehend that I lost seventeen pounds and 4 inches off of my waist! There's a risk free trial at humolt.bigfoodplan.info |

Watch the fat and carb intake. what you will find works best is asking is this healthy? before eating anything. its also beneficial to you, you will live longer, feel better and look bettter. and do like three sets of cruches before you go to bed of about 20 reps every weeknight. |

You need to exercise, diet will not help. |
