Question: Trying to lose weight how do you rid your hunger?

After 9 I dont like to eat, ive tryed water, bbut how do i rid the hunger?

If your really bored you'll get hungry a lot faster. Try keeping yourself distracted. Mental turmoil isn't good for stress but it helps you loose your appetite. Adrenaline can also help. If your sitting still water is the best way to try to keep the hunger feeling away. You have to drink so much that it starts to hurt. (don't over do it though, or else you can stomach lining could break)

JUST THINK OF SOMETHING TO DO AT NIGHT AND GET TO BED EARLY OR GO TO THE GYM AND TRUST ME IT WILL ERASE THE HUNGER..

Hi dear i must say eating is not a matter to reduce once weight you may reduce your sleep instead of decreasing your eating Sleep is the only way to lose weight good luck

Hi! Maybe you can eat vegetables and less the rice or else.. Look at there calories..If many calorie don't eat..Oh..I mean eat a little.. Good Luck!!
