How long for me to loose this weight? (pics)?
Hi, im trying to loose weight because im really fat ive been on this diet for 4 weeks, it consists of this Breakfast coco pops glass of water Lunch tuna baguette glass of waterDinner what ever my mum cooks which is usually salads or meaty dishesI drink alot of water on top of this as wellFor fitness i have 5 rugby training sessions a week which are 2 hours long and i go to gym on top of that at least 3 times a week doing all of free weights and running for 12 minutes on 10km h . If i just eat fruit and veggies will it help me loose weight? If i dont eat very much?
I need to loose 15 pounds by oct 1. Im 19 years old and weigh 150 i want to get back down to 135 for a family event. I eat watermelon, Apple,Salad etc. I also eat a pieace of meat at dinner like 1 piece of chicken or something thats all. No soda candy etc. Any other tips?? PLEASE HELP

So I want to lose weight. My goal is to lose about 25 pounds by the end of this year. If I can lose it all before, then that's even better.I was wondering if dancing will help me lose weight. I danced last night for 30 minutes, and let me tell you that I was SWEATING. I'm not even fat. The number on the scale says that I am, but when you look at me, you'll be shocked. Anyways, back to the question. Do you think that I can lose weight from dancing? Any suggestions on things I can do to help lose weight, but still keep my womanly figure and not lose my curves and look like a man?
Is this a good way to loose weight?
Okay, i am over weight by like 40 pounds, but I am very muscular in my upper body, i have Great arms still some fat that needs to go , neck area is very noticable, and my chest is great. Also beneath my belly, i can feel a six pack, and when i get sore from working out my abs, i can feel them in perfect form.Anyway, i just want to loose these chicken legs i have, my belly and my arm fat. Im going to start a jogging 2 3 miles a day, 5 days a week, also i wont be eating things that are fired, bread, rice, soda, junk food and milk. I also do squats, push ups and sit ups. I do 10 sets of 10 reps for each. 5 sets before i jog and 5 sets after.Anyway, do you think itll help my loose weight fast?And my brother was really fat, but he lost like 50 pounds in like 3 months, all he does is drink mountain dew and eat lays potato chips, and walks for about an hour every day, how the hell is this possible? ad he eats alot of ships and soda, i dont get it.

Weight lifitn and weight loss questions?
So im currently at 227.5 lbs and i have been exercising on the elliptical since july and have gained weight. i was 222 lbs at the beginning of the summer but i have also been lifting weights since the beginning of the summer so is it possible that i gained muscle so thats why the scale says 227. This is the thing, i was able to fit into a large t shirt when i was 222 lbs but now i can barely fit into a large with out some shirts feeling tight. So can this be it?im male and 17 years old. I lift 15 lbs for each arm and do 3 sets of 12 reps or however that goes then i use the elliptical for 30 minutes and dont laugh cuz i works then i use the shake weight for six minutes.
