Question: Has anyone done the p90x workout system and low carb eatin at the same time?

You probably don't want to do that. Why? Because p90x is high intensity. High intensity requires glucose for fuel. IF you don't have glucose in your system, it will convert muscle to glucose. Guess what a low carb diet does? Yup, deplete your body of glucose. So you'll lose a ton of muscle doing high intensity cardio, NOT fat. NOT cool.
