Question: I'm on a low carb diet. what's the best cereal for me?

I'm trying to stay away from all bread, rice, white stuff. (u no, lots of carbs) but i love love love cereal. Are there any cereals out there that are really healthy and carb conscious? thanks so much!

Puffed rice/ wheat cereals! - Kashi/ Quaker forsure offer's a brand of puffed cereals. Try adding you're own cinnamain/ nutmeg, honey and dried/ fresh/ frozen fruits and milk/ yoghurt for flavour. Even adding nuts/ seeds is great since it tends to taste alittle bland. Goodluck!

Ground flax seed (2-4 Tbsp) 1/ 4 cup water, sweetener, cinnamon & mix in a raw egg - let sit 10 min. to absorb liquid, put some cream cheese in the middle & nuke 2 minutes. Suggested for daily fiber needs. I have been making a "porridge " every day lately as suggested by Dr.Mercola. A low carb whey powder & water, I add ground flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, coconut milk, tahini (ground sesame seeds) & raw egg. All seeds & nuts are raw & soaked to germinate them.
