Question: People who know about diet an losing weight, please look......?

Ok, so im 15, 5 "11 157lbs and Im trying lose like 8 pounds so I can get a six pack, I have been dieting and doing some cardio after school and I been lifting weights for about a month, i see some results but not major, I really need someone to just tell me how to do this, PLEASE HELP...

Focus more on cardio, this will help you lose the most weight

Just do some jogging and that weight will come off in a week or two.
