What should i do after i'm done dieting?

Hey So I'm 15 female and I want to lose 30 pounds in 3 months. So 10 pounds a month, what's the best diet and exersice routine for a teenager? Could diet drinks be the cause of my weight loss stopping?
i recently turned vegan and all of a sudden within a week i'd lost half a stone. i didnt have fizzy drinks that week and all was fine. in the past two weeks i've been drinking A LOT of diet coke, diet energy drinks etc. and this last week i've randomly gained 2 pounds even on a low calorie intake. could it be the diet drinks because ive read that they can be bad for your weight? confuse your body thank you

Help on my diet =/ more or less?
I am 15 year old male 5'8 and i weigh 154 pounds. I was on a diet for 1800 2000 calories for around half a year. But i recently joined the track team and im burning around 300 400 calories at practice training. should i now up my diet by 300 400 or keep it at 1800 2000? im a bit worried because at my age i heard eating around 1500 calories is not very healthy.... and 1800 300 from practice 1500. What should i do ?

Diet/Food/Exercise question?
I am 5'7 200lbs. My goal is 175 in 10 months if possible. Ive heard about this 2000 calories per day and I know I dont eat that much. I have been on a strict diet lately for the past month. I am taking the weight loss supplement Xenadrine 3 times a day. I drink 4 bottles of water of day.Dinner my first meal of my day Turkey on Rye with a small salad with Italian dressing. If its available I eat a 2 chicken tenders. Or a Subway Sub Meatball on Italian.Snack normally a poptart or peanut butter cookie.Midnight Chow Normally I dont get to choose this meal but more times than not I have to eat a hamburger and onion rings. I have been substituting that for a thing of Chicken Ramen Noodles.Breakfast I normally just pick at it. The whites on 2 hard boiled eggs and maybe the hashbrowns.That is my daily diet I have been on for about a month now. I work night shift 12 hours a day 5 days a week. I am currently injured and am un able to run or jog. Elliptical I hear is good but have yet to try it.My question Is this healthy? What alternatives do you think I should eat? What exercises should I do to maximize my weight loss?

How did the 3 hour diet help people lose weight?
I read in the 2006 book " The Reality Diet" that just because you're hungry every 3 hours doesn't mean you're in starvation mode it just means you've trained your body to be hungry every 3 hours. I'm confused how it works. If it works it seems to be for very disciplined people. I personally think its easier to burn off more calories than you take in when you just have three meals a day.

Do you include salad as a veggie on the HCG diet? How much did you lose? HELP!!?
It seems that no matter how many times I read Pounds and Inches, or read info on the internet I can never seem to find how much lettuce you can really eat on the HCG diet. Some sites are saying you can eat a salad with vinegar dressing or one of the HCG made dressings in ADDITION to your protien and veggie, and others are saying you would count the salad AS your veggie. Another thing REALLY how much are you supposed to eat. I am on day 1 of the VLCD and I did GREAT today, BUT I wasn't sure how much broccoli to measure out so I ate a 1 2 cup of fresh raw organic broccoli with my seasoned chicken. Could I have eaten a salad with it not that I really needed it, but just for future reference and also am I allowed to have more broccoli than that. Fruits and meats seem to be very easy to follow but the veggies confuse me a bit. LOL Also do any of you have some recipe ideas? How much did you lose...how long did you go for? hey im male, 18 and 6 foot tall.each day my total calorie intake usually ranges from 1000 1200 calories, never over that. That is including drinks and food.I eat 3 meals a day, of health food with no snacks. Before anyone mentions it i can't eat 6 8 small meals so...i drink mostly water and green tea.I work 5 days a week and its a active job, i go to the gym 3 times a week as well for a hour and a half, and i do 100 200 press ups a day.is this a good routine? will i lose weight? and how long can i expect weight loss to take? mommy of a beautyi don't get some of your answer.you say im not eating enough, and then you say that im not burning enough to lose weight?im never hungry because i eat 3 proper meals, just healthy low calorie food. if im eating less then surely im definately burning enough to lose weight lolso far i have lost alot of fat, and put toned up with some muscle.im just lookin for further advice and some sort of timescale on how long it will take to lose x amount of fat doing what i do

How many carbs should you consume a day on the HCG diet?
I am on round one phase 2 day 2. It has been A LOT easier than I thought and although I felt really yucky yesterday I feel AMAZING TODAY and have already lost 3.5 lbs. My question though is how many carbs should you stay between a day? I am following the recipes and instructions to a T that I got with my hcg, but my carb intake seems high. On my LAST LOADING day I had consumed 356 G of carbs. On VLCD day 1, I consumed 368 calories and 29 carbs and so far today I have consumed 160 cals and 26 I am confused The majority of the carbs are coming from the apple and melba toast I eat though. I keep reading you should stick to about 20 carbs a day but so far I am finding that impossible. So any input would be VERY helpful THANKS
