DIET: Im going to start a 6 month training program, is this a good diet to go with my training?
Basically I am going on an intense 6 month training program, the training is designed to tone, cardo, and get lean along with some strengthening. I am not looking to bulk up, just tone and burn fat . I was wondering if this diet would be ideal for the sort of training I am about to take up....Meat ChickenPorkMince beef BeefFish TunaMackerelmaybe some othersFruit ApplesOrangesMaybe more, depending on shoppingVegetables BrocolliCarrotsCauliflowerSproutsPeppersSalad LettuceRocketsCarrotsOnions,etc...This is the kind of food I am going to be eating to go with my training. Is this a suitable list?
Why do triglycerides decrease on a low carbohydrate high fat and protein diet?
Why do triglycerides decrease on a low carbohydrate high fat and protein diet?you would think the opposite would be true. What do simple carbohydrates do with triglycerides to make them increase or decrease?I was worried about my tri levels because I have been low carb lifestyle with great success so far and I was reading a little Dr. Atkins and he said that triglyceride levels drop on a low carb diet but didn't say why or how.thank you YA

Middle school track starts in about 2 weeks and I'm pathetically out of shape... diet and exercise routine?
I'm embarrassed, but I haven't had an exercise routine since last June. I don't have phys ed this year. I really need to get on a good diet and exercise program so I can get back to my fast running and short mile time. I have about two weeks. Help? ? ? Details I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm 5'5" and I'm not sure what I weigh don't want to know
Good diet to lose belly fat?
im 14 a girl and i have a flat stomach but i have a bit of fat on it and my love handles are starting to show there not very big, there just a bit of extra fat i would like to get rid of . Im going to start running for one hour everyday after march break and i have already started cutting all the sugar out from my diet. Ive switched to all whole grain breads, and have stopped drinking juice . All i drink now is water and milk. This is what i would typically eat throughout the day Breakfast Bowl of shredded wheat, plain. 100 % whole grain with milk. lunch Whole wheat chicken wrap with blueberries and a bottle of water. after school snack Apple, grapes, whole grain crackers with a water bottle. Dinner Salad filled with veggies and olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a lean cut of meat. Veggies or some type of grain product or starches. whole grain rice, or potatoes . And a glass of milk. snack Strawberry's, or 1 stalk of celery w. peanut butter. With water or milk. on the weekends i eat oatmeal with a fruit salad, or eggs and pemeal bacon with freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. If i did this for a month, would i be able to lose the belly fat? How long would it take me? Im trying to get this done before summer ive been doing this for a week now but i cheated yesterday and ate one peice of candy but i don't think it wil affect me?jasmin, im going to be running everyday until september which is when cross country starts. I want to do cross country but im starting the training early so i can lose my belly fat before summer.
What are good diet plans?
I'm 5'2 and i weight 140. I was told i was over weight and I don't like being this size. I used to weight 105 but it seems like i can't go back down since i gained those pounds. I want to be able to loose weight my the summer time and look good like i used to in a swimsuit. Please help guys and gals. I go to the gym about 4 or 5 times a week. I eat pretty healthy and i try to stay away from sweets but chocolate is a must even though i don't eat it that much.

Ok, so im 15, 5" 11 157lbs and Im trying lose like 8 pounds so I can get a six pack, I have been dieting and doing some cardio after school and I been lifting weights for about a month, i see some results but not major, I really need someone to just tell me how to do this, PLEASE HELP...

I am trying to lose a substantial amount of weight. I don't eat much, but the stuff I eat is TERRIBLE. I am 34 years old. I work on an ambulance for 24 hour shifts at a time, plus I am a full time mom, wife, and student. Fruits and veggies are just very hard for me to prepare because of the time it takes and more often than not, I end up wasting them. In an effort to plan a healthier diet, this is what I've come up with and I'm wondering if I can get some feedback on it. I have done some research on fruit drinks and veggie drinks as well, so that I could make the best informed decisions. I have also incorporated exercise and yoga into my lifestyle. YAY Here's the plan. What do you think?My daily meal intake will be three Weight Watchers meals, which are anywhere from 280 380 calories each. In lieu of fruits and veggies, I will drink Fruit2o, which actually has 2 servings of fruit per bottle and zero calories, and I will drink V8 twice a day. I will also drink a MINIMUM of 80 ounces of water a day, but I'm shooting for 100 120 ounces. Thanks for your feedback Claire I'm glad you mentioned the sugar. I looked into that as well and I read that as long as you are drinking 100 % fruit juice drinks, it's better because it's not refined sugars. Also, the Fruit2o has no sugar. On a diet but putting weight on instead?
Im confused im exercising and eating healthy but i seem to be putting a lot of weight on i have been trying to lose weight for over a year now
Does anyone have any feedback on Quick Trim diet pills?
I'm trying to loose some weight on my thighs and stomach before I go on vacation in a week...does quick trim help?
