I was fat and never think that it is a big problem because I am healthy. However, in 2009 Christmas , I went to Australia with my friends, I found that my weight increased to 196lbs. I can’t find any excuse for not reducing my weight. Luckily, my friend introduced an incredible weight management method to me. I starved myself and gained 50 pounds. im now 119 pounds from eating healthy and exersizing. yes i regret it ;xx
