Question: Stinky diet... i need help!!!?

So i just changed my diet, i have eliminated all junk foods, all sodas, fast foods, and most red meats, i am eating 5 or 6 small square meals a day, and also cut out dairy, i started taking a multi- vitamin and working out 4 to 5 times a week, i feel great, have 100 % more energy, and am losing weight... the only problem is this healthy diet has a nasty side- effect... bad gas... is there any natural supplement that i can take to help, or anyhting i can do? im desperate...

My boyfriend gets gassy when he eats too much protein. eggs, fish and chicken, etc. are great. but I think too much of it will give you gas. so try more fruits and veggies. If that doesn't work, check out your local pharmacy for some anti-gas supplements or medicine.
