Question: Is this a good diet/excersize routine to lose 55lbs in 3 months!?

Diet: breakfast:special k cereal, and soy milk snack:grapes, or an oarnge lunch:turkey sandwich on wheat with a little mustard;and an apple:) dinner:soup, or salad(low cal. dressing:) excersize routine: i do 2 hours of cheerleading a day and i am captain, so i am trying to get light enough to be able to get lifted up:) and i also do crunches, squats, lunges.ect. those small excersizes, in the morning and at night and ill drink 9 glasses of water a day will that help me lose 20lbs a month!? if it doesnt tell me another diet:) and dont tell me its dangerous, youll just be wasteing youre time ill still do it:) thanx so much:) and NO PRODUCTS!!!!!! |
