Question: Does banana diet works?

Does it really? How fast do you see results? I read through the main ideas and I think it's a really good diet plan. A lot more healthy than what I'm eating right now anyways. But, the thing that I'm worried about is this: What if I don't have bananas at home or what if I run out? Can I substitute that with another fruit? And what if I don't have any fruits at home? What can I substitute it with?

I have never heard of this. And i wouldn't think so. One banana has 100cals, and wouldn't you rather spend your cals on a variety of food that you enjoy? B/ c trust me you'll get burnt out on bananas in like half a day if you tried this. Try.. breakfast- one banana with orange juice lunch- salad or soup dinner- salad and an apple for dessert
