Question: Was today a good day or a bad day? diet question? please help?

So I'm on a diet and I'm really working hard to lose these last 10 lbs or so, cause I'm 5'2 " and 130 lbs, so I wanna lose some. This is what I ate and did for exercise today. For breakfast was two packages of sugar- free oatmeal, maple and brown sugar flavored (100 calories a package) and with that I ate one banana with a tablespoon of peanut butter and I had a glass of green tea. Then I did 5 minutes of running in place. (would have done longer, but I didn't have the time to) Lunch was a sandwich in wheat bread with lettuce, onion, tomato and mustard, and with that I ate an apple with a tablespoon of peanutbutter and I had another glass of green tea After school, I played a half an hour of really hard DDR and burned 373 calories Then for dinner I ate a half a can of pork and beans with some ketchup and mustard in it, and I had a yoplait light yogurt with it, and a small serving of sugar- free jello and light whipping cream Then after that I used my exercise bike for a half an hour and burned 813 calories on it. And then I had a half a bag of popcorn, without extra butter or salt. And after each half hour of exercising, I drank a liter of water, and I've drank more water too, but I didn't keep close track. So how did I do? |
