Question: If i stop drinking diet pepsi..?

Thats a good start, but you need to cut out all junk food and exercise if you really wanna lose some fat.

I have learned from experiences that sodas---diet or not are never good to the health and it will never help in making your tummy flat. I never drink sodas or carbonated drinks because they are full of sugar. Balance diet and exercise are the best alternative...more on crunches if you want a flatter abs.

Not immediately. but giving up unhealthy drinks like that will help you in the long run (and even though there's no sugar in diet drinks, companies make up for it by putting a bunch of other chemicals in it that may be even more unhealthy for you).
