Question: How can i stick to a diet/ exersice plan?

Ive been trying for about 6 months to stick to a diet and exersice plan. However, I can't stick to them for more than 2- 3 days. My problem is also around 3- 5 pm when im alone that i just give up. How can i just stick to one so I can lose the stubborn 5 pounds. and please don't say get a workout buddy

Depends if you have 5lbs to lose. If you really do, try having a mini meal at this time of some protein, fat and fruit. So this oil thing really works so give it a go but keep the rest of you day low in animal fats.: At 3pm each day have: 1 desp of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil or virgin organic coconut oil ( get from good deli or health food store) You have to melt the coconut oil so it is just liquid. Just drink it off a spoon ( not all that nice but doable) or make some porridge and put it in that. Then add some low fat yogurt, small handful of raw nuts or a piece of poached chicken with a small serving of fruit. This way you wont give up and you will eat a much smaller dinner.
