Question: I want to have the perfect body, i'm starting a diet.....:'(?

I HATE HATE HATE the way i look. My mum always tells me that i'm not fat and i'm an really attractive young girl, then why did all the bullies call me fat?! I've had enough, i want to have a perfect body, i don't want to be alone through my life, i'm 15 so i have a chance to change the way i look now, i'll do anything to look like all the pretty slim women/ girls on tv and magazines, people i know ect who i think if only i could look like you. I don't eat loads, i exercise too. I'm a size 12, 5ft 7, i've always been a big build, shoulders ect, i'm meant to be curvy and i want to be attractive so i'm going to change. I want to lose weight, legs and stomach area mostly. I'm going to eat : Breakfast - cracker bread's with margarine Lunch - cracker bread's - some with margarine, some with low fat spread. Tea - A small meal (no fried foods or fatty foods) Drink - 1 cup of tea per day, rest water. Snack (only if hungry) - cracker breads If i get hungry most of the time - Water. I walk dogs everyday, 1 hour to 1 hour 30 mins per day and i might start some skipping., is this a good way? do you think it'll work? i'm desperate. size 12 - UK |
