Question: Is this ok for a diet today ?

Today i had... - - - - - - - - - a had full of carrots - - - - - - - - a Pommergranet - - - - - - - - 2 banana's - - - - - - - - 2 bottles of water - - - - - - - - ganna have meat for dinner fist size Also i walked for 45 mins im 14 5'5 165 pounds how much do i need to lose ? Oh and i go to the gym 2 times a week I also have a treed meal at home Thanx Also 3 figgs

Yeah thats an okay diet.. but you cant just eat fruit forever. you need to get more diverse and add in some veggies and protein oh and you should weigh about 130 pounds. so 35 pounds.
