Question: If i lost 7 lbs the first week of doing the w.w. points diet, can i expect the same results every week?

Depends on how much you weight. The more you weigh typically the faster you can lose weight. Weight loss can and does slow down the closer you get to your target weight. Losing 7 lbs when you're 50 or more lbs overweight is fairly easy. Losing 7 lbs when you're only 7 lbs "overweight " can take a little longer. When you start a diet the first week or two might come with loss of retained water, which may make it appear that you've lost more overall weight than you really have. I'd expect it to slow down a little, perhaps as low as a couple lbs a week. Though if you are exercising regularly as well then you can lose weight pretty quickly.
