What is the average diet of an anorexic?
Ok so I'm NOT anorexic.This is for a school report.I NEED to know the average daily diet and exercise program.Like what people with anorexia eat,how much they work out,how many calories they take in,and how many calories they burn Just on an average basis.....please answer this is a HUGE part of my grade

Is it possble to achieve an hour glass figure thru exercise and diet?
Ok my waist to hip ratio is .84, which is a little too high and according to what i have read so far, less healthy and less attractive apparently the ideal there is a ratio of .70 . Is it possible to achieve a smaller ratio when losing weight? I mean, i know you cant isolate one part of your body, when you lose weight you kinda lose weight all over. So, by losing weight i will probabily have a smaler waist yes, but also smaller hips, so how can achieve a smaller waist to hip ratio? ?? Or are there any exercises that could help me reduce my wast size without reducing mi hip size as much?

Stinky diet... i need help!!!?
so i just changed my diet, i have eliminated all junk foods, all sodas, fast foods, and most red meats, i am eating 5 or 6 small square meals a day, and also cut out dairy, i started taking a multi vitamin and working out 4 to 5 times a week, i feel great, have 100 % more energy, and am losing weight... the only problem is this healthy diet has a nasty side effect... bad gas... is there any natural supplement that i can take to help, or anyhting i can do? im desperate...

Is this a good diet/excersize routine to lose 55lbs in 3 months!?
diet breakfast special k cereal,and soy milksnack grapes,or an oarngelunch turkey sandwich on wheat with a little mustard and an apple dinner soup,or salad low cal. dressing excersize routine i do 2 hours of cheerleading a dayand i am captain,so i am trying to get light enough to be able to get lifted up and i also do crunches,squats,lunges.ect. those small excersizes,in the morning and at nightand ill drink 9 glasses of water a daywill that help me lose 20lbs a month ?if it doesnt tell me another diet and dont tell me its dangerous,youll just be wasteing youre time ill still do it thanx so much and NO PRODUCTS

What are healthy changes I can make to my diet and exercise routine?
im 12 yrs. old. closer to 13 than 11. Normal height but a little on the short side. Need advice on choosing the best diet pill.?
I was curious if anyone has used the Quick Trim by Kim and Khloe Kardashian? I am really young and plan on exercising but do not have the best control of choosing healthy foods 100 % of the time. Will this diet plan work?
So, this is what I'm gonna do.For 5 or 6 days, I will diet by eating 1,100 calories a day with no junk food, and lots of water.For 1 or 2 days of the week, I will go on a strict diet where I will eat fruit, a few nuts, and hot water with a tspn of tea and a tspn of lemon. For lunch, a half sandwich with fruit and vegetables. For a snack, eat a granola bar and for dinner eat something in small portions and make sure it's healthy. Throughout the week, drink unsweetened green tea and lots of water. How does it sound? Will I lose 50 lbs by the end of summer? I tested my plan out a week, lost 3 lbs, 5 days into the next week I only lost half pound so I'm having 3 strict diet days. Because on the strict diet day, I lost a whole pound. I am 13 and I weigh 167 and want to go to 120. I am 5'8. Will it work? Thanks Yeah sorry I'm gonna exercise every day.
