Question: The atkins diet weight loss?

Im on the atkins diet of 50 carbs or less, , i woke up and weighted myself today and i was 6 pounds less than yesturday, is this healthy should i go on? i am currently drinking alot of water and of course meat

Im on the atkins diet as well... and no.. its not healthy... but it works and youre not starving yourself.... every day your body eats away at the carbs and when you take the carbs out of your diet... .your body eats away your fat.. .thats why this diet works.. .good job and keep up the good work.. i lost 10 lbs from it and then we moved to a new house and ive been too busy to get back into the atkins thing.. but will be going right back to it because its awesome and it works so well and fast too! ;)
