Okay so here is the plan. I only try to eat fruits and veggies. I've been doing it for a week now. I dont want to eat normal foods because i know my mitabolism has got very weak. I am 5'11 195 pounds. I just need to know what else would be good in this diet besides fruits and veggies. Can i drink protein drinks or will i get fat? I run the treadmil 1.555 everytime which burns about 200 calories. Then i do weight lifting for about twenty minutes.

You should eat protein. eat tuna, salmon, chicken breast, etc. protein is very important. drinking protein drinks won't make you fat.

Try adding protein to your diet,eat lean meats like chicken,turkey and fish,protein shakes will not fatten you.

You need protein! Your body can not build muscles without protein. I would skip the protein drinks and go for lean meats. boneless, skinless chicken breasts would be a good start, you can grill them and eat them in a salad. tuna or turkey would also be good. just don't over do it. when you make a plate, your protein should be about 1/ 4 of the plate. and veggies at least 1/ 2 the plate.
