Question: Is this a good diet plan in order for me to lose 15 pounds?

So I'm around 5'9'' and I am am about 15 pounds above my goal. I want to know if my diet plan is a good one. Breakfast= teaspoon of peanut butter on whole wheat toast with apple Snack = a few strawberries Snack = a few grapes Lunch = yogurt Snack= vegetables Dinner= Possibly turkey meat and low- fat cottage cheese with strawberries I plan on jump roping to about 1, 000 or more in sets of 200 And doing about 290 sit ups in the morning and at night. Does anyone know how long it will take me to lose weight? And are there any better suggestions on how to reach my goal? PLEASE HELP!!!

That doesn't sound like enough food. If your going to be doing a lot of exercise, you'll need to eat enough food so your metabolism doesn't shut down. Anything less than 1400 calories and you'll struggle to lose weight. Do it in moderation. Eat healthy food. Not too little, not too much and don't over exercise.

I have a couple of water bottles next to the couch.. each time I sit on the couch I pick them up and lift them up and down. It is boring and it seems useless to do but if you get used to do it,., after just 20 minutes you will start sweating and your arm will get tired. Just change arm and carry on, eventually it will become automatic and you might even want to progress to some dumbells, maybe a little bit heavier than the water bottle.
