Question: What is a good excersize/diet plan for a 13 year old?

I'm not yet 13, but i will be in a month and a bit. I'm NOT fat or overweight, and im pretty short (5'2 or something) and i weigh 48kgs. I don't want to lose weight, i just want a way to stay fit and healthy. i want to be more energetic and healthy. I have only started going through puberty, so i haven't developed muscles yet. i usually do something hard on a saturday (usually my bball game, and sometimes i do a thousand stair walk). can you plan out my day (this is for an average school day) and also, my dad bought me a book about toning your body, am i too young to start doing that, and am i too young to be going for jogs (becuase i am considering jogging) thankyou soo much xox remember guys, i dont want to lose weight, i want a way to stay fit and energetic, as i am quite lazy. |

As long as you exercise eating doesn't quite matter as much ( as long as your not eating junk food all the time ). Join some clubs like swimming or dancing, it depends what your in to. They will keep you fit and they are usually enjoyable. Doing normal things often make a difference, try running to school on a certain day instead of walking. Ask your mum if you can walk somewhere, rather than going in a car. Eating not very well won't make you too unhealthy if you exercise a lot, but eating well can defiantly make you be healthier and feel healthier. Don't do anything drastic just drink loads of water, eat lots of fruit and try to have balanced meals. :) |

Ok, you really shouldnt be worrying about having an excersize and diet plan, you have NOTHING to be worried about, you are fine the way you are :) but, if you are really worried, just make sure you have at least half an hour of excersize and dont eat junk everyday. im sure you are a beautiful person and you have a lot more important things to worry about in life. hope i could help :) |
