Question: Is this a good diet plan. im 125 pounds 18 years old and 5"6?

I want to loose 25 pounds. is this a good diet plan. brussle spruots. grapes. lemon. red pepper. carrots pineapple. egg plant. then im gunna take quick trim pills. and take yoga once a week. any other foods i should eat to loose weight? thanks |

Its not all about what you eat. Get some exercise. Yoga is okay, but it really doesn't hit all of the important muscles. Eat what you want, but do it in moderation. You don't have to stuck to veggies. You need protein to keep you strong. Go for a 1-2 mile run every day, and eat 4-6 SMALL meals, to activate the metabolism more often so that you burn more calories. Try joining a local gym and go a couple times a week. |

People who are 5'6 " should NOT weigh 100 lbs. That is extremely unhealthy. If you're dissatisfied, go for a more reasonable number like 120. 115 is the lowest you should ever be. google BMI calculator if you think I'm lying. |

It probably wouldnt be healthy to lose that much weight. You are already skinny and losing another 25 pounds would be unhealthy. Stick to your vegetables and fruits, all of them, and that way you wont get tired of eating the same food. Eat some meat a couple times a week( lean lean hamburger) and run. It will slim you up without killing you. |

Hi :) im trying to lose weight too. im 5 "5 and im about 140...i need to lose the weight haha not you ;p i think that you shouldnt look at the number at all! if you get to the "perfect 100 pounds " your going to make your body sick and you'll look like a walking skeleton! :o if you want a good diet i would suggest getting this book i think its called 40 30 30...ive been on that diet and omg its amazing how much weight you can lose! the pills dont work ive tried them. dont waste your money. but i would get the book if you want to have a balanced diet :) because haha your diet is not going to work... i hope i helped :) bye |
