My diet plan good or bad and plz help.?
Okay so here is the plan. I only try to eat fruits and veggies. I've been doing it for a week now. I dont want to eat normal foods because i know my mitabolism has got very weak. I am 5'11 195 pounds. I just need to know what else would be good in this diet besides fruits and veggies. Can i drink protein drinks or will i get fat? I run the treadmil 1.555 everytime which burns about 200 calories. Then i do weight lifting for about twenty minutes.
I need a diet plan that will prevent build up of oil and give me pimples and that is healthy?

Is 1180 calories a day a bad diet plan?
Im dieting because i need to loose weight desperately.. i added up all the calories i ate today and its 1180, i was at the weight room and did 30Min's on the elliptical and did some weights, and after dinner i all ways walk on the treadmill for 30Min's and usually burn at least 130 calories, Do you think ill loose weight?Oh and at the weight room i burned 230 calories.

i'm a 15 year old female, 114 pounds, 5'4.I've noticed I have extra fat on my tummy and thighs and I wanna burn it off along with toning my glutes. Will this plan help me, and how long should it be until I see any effects?I've improved my diet and cut out carbs with refined sugars, bad fats etc. I drink only water. This is what I've started doing everyday 15 mins of yoga15 mins of dancing20 mins of cardio15 mins of strength training and toning exercises40 min of hula hoop i heard this helps for love handles'? will this be effective?any other tips and tricks will be greatly appreciated
What is a good excersize/diet plan for a 13 year old?
I'm not yet 13, but i will be in a month and a bit. I'm NOT fat or overweight, and im pretty short 5'2 or something and i weigh 48kgs. I don't want to lose weight, i just want a way to stay fit and healthy. i want to be more energetic and healthy. I have only started going through puberty, so i haven't developed muscles yet. i usually do something hard on a saturday usually my bball game, and sometimes i do a thousand stair walk . can you plan out my day this is for an average school day and also, my dad bought me a book about toning your body, am i too young to start doing that, and am i too young to be going for jogs becuase i am considering jogging thankyou soo much xoxremember guys, i dont want to lose weight, i want a way to stay fit and energetic, as i am quite lazy.

Okay, so I'm fifteen, and I've been a vegetarian for 3 years.I have always struggled with my weight and am now doing something about it.okay so what i'm eating now is Breakfast Raisin Bran and orange juice.Lunch Apple and a Protein bar.Snack Yogurt granola bar and fruitDinner Tofu chicken.am i doing this right? How many calories should i be eating daily?i do go to the gym regularly, I'm 5'4 150 lbs. I am 13 years old and I want to lose 50 lbs by summer break or really just before school starts. I am 5'8 and I weigh 170 lbs, however I would like to get down to 120 by summer. This is my plan Eat about 1,050 calories a day, plus eat a daily dose of actual acai berries, not the pill or whatever. And I will not eat junk food except for maybe very rarely if I'm at a special occasion. Then every school day I dance about an hour and a half, and the days that I don't dance I plan to do fat burning exercises such as squats, situps, etc. If you have any fatburning exercises that burn tummy, thigh, or arm fat, please tell me. I also climb up stairs about every hour and a half at my school because my school is 7 floors high. I am at school from 8 10 to 3 30. My calorie intake will be broken down like this on average Breakfast No more than 250 CALORIESLunch No more than 300 CALORIESSnack No more than 150 CALORIESDinner No more than 350 CALORIESIf you have any suggestions to make, please feel free to do so.And please tell me what I should change my caloric intake to if you want me to change it Thank YOUUUI posted this question before because people aren't telling me what to do I am not capable of running in the morning. I refuse to run. I WANT TO KNOW IF MY CALORIC INTAKE IS OKAY beacause I don't want to make it too little or my body will go into survival mode and then I won't lose any weight.
