My diet plan, is it good?
ok, i go to boarding school and due to health reasons i've decided to go on a diet. i'm 16, 96kg and 177cm's tall and this is what my old diet was breakfast bacon, eggs, toast, cerealrecess cakes sometimes , pizza sometimes , sandwiches, soup, lunch pies, pasties, pasta, chicken and rice.dinner pies, pasta, fish, chips, steak, fillets ect.dessert apple crumbles, icescream, pies, minces ect.doesn't sound too good does it? well here's my new and improved one, i hope this is good.Breakfast all bran cereal or a banana if i'm too tired to get to the dining hall early recess an apple or half a sandwich cheese lunch a cup of soup and bread.dinner half of what i usually eat.no desert.anything to add? please any information on how to make this better would be greatly apreciated. thanks

Hey all im currently 93Kgs and 1.83 metres tall. I want to get down to 75kgs. If i use my wii fit for 20 minutes a day at night and my treadmill in the morning for 20mins at about 4kms a hour. I will also have 1000 calories or less a day. How long before i start loseing heaps of weight. Im also drinking around 2 litres of water a day??

OKay, I need a diet plan pronto.I don't want a online buy the food thing. I need an original easy one, like a banana for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and pasta or something for dinner. Some EASY Not like this whole you have to bake chicken dinner, by the way I can't have meat, I'm a vegetarian.As for the exercise I need something simple too, I don't have a gym membership but I do have plenty of forest land and streets to run on. I like to go climbing, trees and running through I forest, How many calories would that burn?So, just simple Diet plan, one that has food you will find in a common household and simple exercising too like plain running or walking or climbing, stuff like that.Thanks for all the answers.

i am eating two eggs for breakfast, doing crunches and sit ups after breakfast, going on a bike ride after that, eating yogurt with granola for lunch, a veggie burger for dinner, and another bike ride. then after that, i do more crunches and sit ups. i am also drinking plenty of water through out the day. with this workout and diet plan, will i lose weight and get abs? if so, how long will it take if i stick to this plan? if this isn't a good plan, could someone please give me a good one? oh, and i am a vegetarian. but i eat eggs because they weren't fertilized and could of never been a baby chick. also, i really need the protein. also, does anyone know a good healthy type of protein bar? thanks

I am a girl and I am 14. I am 5'2 and I weigh 156 pounds. I am starting a diet today.. And that is only 500 calories a day and I can only drink water and ORGANIC juices such as Orange or Apple. I'm not sure how long it will take me to become firm and fit. Oh and I'll also do exercises regularly like maybe 3 times a week. Please help me, school is starting on the 8th and I really want to look good. And I was going to be on a diet where I only eat fruits and veggies and only drink water, is that a good diet? I'm 17, almost 18. I'm trying to bulk up just cuz I wanna have a beach body for next summer, I'm currently lean, 150lb and 5'10" . Can someone who has had an actual diet routine for each day give me theirs that has worked and work outs for each day? I'm trying to get maybe 20 pounds, 30 tops on me. I'm willing to eat anything and do anything, except I can't eat eggs for some reason because they just make me sick. I need something that will completely bring my abs out, and just give me an overall beach body. Help? I know how hard this is to do, especially developing your abs because of the low percentage of fat you need. But I'm willing to go all the way. I just need someone to help me make a diet plan and work outs that are effective.
