ECA stack is proven to work. MANY diet pills use the same stack...Ephedra Caffeine and Aspirin. However, I highly recommend against it (i've used it). it's a temporarily loss, and when you cycle off...you're energy levels hit the floor for weeks. It's really not worth it. Just stick with good old eating right, excercise and plenty of sleep..and you'll lose steady weight that way that's much more permanent and safer for your health without the high and low energy levels you get from ECA stacks. ~G
