Question: Can diet pills make you get fatter?

I just started taking Acaitrim Brazilian diet aid pills and im not quite sure how well it is working. some aspects of is are great. i feel less tired in the morning and more alert, however, i thought I would be loosing weight faster. it says to take 2- 4 (ok I've taken up to 8 in one day) and it's supposed to curb your appetite and i won't really be hungry but I'll still eat small amounts of healthy food. it says it promotes healthy natural weight loss and boosts your metabolism. i feel fatter :( please help me, i need to be skinnier.

You got to at least do some warm up exercises before you get into any heavy stuff. Let your body muscles get used to some exercises. If you are unable to focus, then just stick to some simple exercises to make yourself flexible. First get your fats out of your body. For that I'd recommend any good diet pill like phentramin-d. Use it, lose weight and take control over your appetite. Once you lose enough weight, prepare for building on muscles. You can try heavy exercises then.
