Question: How to loose weight and fast without diet pills?

I have been wanting to loose weight and I have been working at it for over a month now. I feel like I am not getting any where. I am exercising every morning when I wake up and I have been watching what I eat. Like I eat healthier and I don't eat as much at one time and I haven't been eating a whole lot of sweets. Can anyone tell me how to loose weight and fast without using diet pills? I have put on a lot of weight since I had my son but he is 14 months old now. I also had my gallbladder taken out when he was 4 months old so that didn't help the matter. I have just been really down and depressed lately because of my weight! If some one could please give me some advice I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you! |

Instead of the number on the scale, use some pre and during pregnancy pants to get yourself back to the size that you want to be. It's better than keeping track of your weight :) |
