Question: Any diet pills actually work?

I tried zantrex 3 and I liked it I think it helped..any other ones you like?? I also tried alli it was the WORST..no way... I need to lose weight..its not that I dont have energy Oh I also to some Phedermine or something like that(sounds like FED UR MEEN) a few years ago with AMAZING RESULTS..but I want something over the counter I dont have time to see that doctor again plus I heard their illegal now or something lol

Steer away from OTC (Over the Counter) pills. I have a heart arrythmia and it was made severely worse by these. Talk to your doc. Weight is no reason to make yourself miserable. Or dead.

The truth is, the only stuff that "really " works is stuff thats not so great for your body. A lot of people dont realize that if you just diet, drink water and exercise you'll lose weight just as fast with or without the pills. The only diet pills that will "work " are ones that contain ephedra in them. Reason they work? Because Ephedra speeds up your heart rate, raises your body temperature, and basicly puts you in a fat burning mode. However it is not a healthy thing to expose your body to for a long period of time. I personally would only recommend it if you are in great health, and just need to lose between 10-25 pounds. Otherwise though, it isnt the healthiest thing to take, goes double if you have a high blood pressure.
