Are my diet pills causing anxiety?
I'm not a naturally large person, but for cheerleading I need to maintain a BMI of 19.0 20.5. That means I need to weigh 107 116 lbs. I weigh 119 and my BMI is 21.1 So basically I've been taking SlimQick Extreme along with my daily workouts to lose 3 5 lbs. I've been feeling really anxious, sometimes about something specific, but also sometimes about nothing. Do you think the diet pills are causing it? And if so, do you know of a product without that side effect?< 3 Thanks P.S. Please no mean comments about how much I weigh, I only mentioned it to explain what I'm taking the pill for. Thanks.
