Question: What are the diet plans called the ones that deliver diet food to your house i seen commercials but?

Nutrisystem is popular and affordable. celebrities use freshology... its VERY expensive.

There are several: Nutrisystem, Nutrisystem Nu-Kitchen (for NTC residents), Jenny Craig, and Medifast. Others that you could consider that don't deliver food, but advise on what to eat are: South Beach Diet, Weight Watchers, Atkins Diet, Jillian Michaels Diet, Duke Diet, and the Sonoma Diet.
