Question: What are some good diet foods i can find at the grocery store?

Foods like those south beach diet bars and stuff. please list. Thank You. and can your doctor really prescribe you diet foods?

Raw fruits & veggies anything in packages are preserved which is bad for you

I couldnt tell ya if they prescribe it but maybe they suggest is what i'm assuming!! but you could figure it out...you pretty much had a start with the south beach diets! my personal faves are lean cusine stuffed cabbage to green giant steam the bag veggies and rice...tuna...organic greek yogurt,brie cheese w/ green grapes,granola bars,H2O!! melba toast crackers, lettuce, skinless chicken breast!!!
