Question: Is there a way to detox your system without loosing weight?

Just eat plain old clean, healthy food (no junk food, no preservatives, no refined flour or sugar, no artificial sweeteners or anything else, etc.), and drink plenty of water. That's all you really need to do. Your body will take care of itself without any hocus-pocus "cures " and similar garbage.

Yes,eat those desired foods (the ones that help with detox) in such quantities that it provides the amount of calories used by ur body.

Water cran juice, pure green tea yoga "twists " (twisting moves which release toxins. BUT drink water after you do them be weary of what you eat and drink. don't over consume alcohol...ever and try not to smoke too much if you do at all
