You will only lose water weight, and a lot of waste. Detox is only for the first stages of weight loss. You eat a lot of fruits and vegetables (fiber) to cleanse your system, get rid of all the crap in your intestines, so you can start eating right and working out regularly. Even if you ate nothing but fruits and veggies for a week, you would only be losing water weight. The real weight loss comes from cardio and eating healthy.
