So I have a question, A friend of mine's girlfriend does this thing that she calls her " detox" regimen. All she does is drink ALOT of water or a month. No food, no pot, no drugs, no nothing. Only water. First of all, what are the long term effects of what she's doing to herself, and what would happen if I did the same thing but Took a one a day vitamin, and drank cranberry juice and water for a month?
What would happen if you were to do the "Lemon Detox" without the maple tree syrup?
I was just wondering ,since i would like to do the lemon detox, if i could use something to replace the syrup since i am allergic to it, or if i would be able to just not use it all together. What would be the affects of not using the syrup? All the other detoxes either have very gross mixtures, are hard to keep up with, or don't have as many benefits as the lemon detox such as improvement of energy levels, skin improvement, hair is more healthy, nails become stronger, clearer eyes, people become more alert and able to focus, boosts the immune system, better digestion, cleansing of the body, weight loss, fortified will power and determination, clarity of thought, happier and more positive outlook, and a great sense of inner peace.
