Question: For anyone who has done the lemon detox diet?

I just want to know if you have done it did u gain weight after it? i want to do it to get fast results for my sisters wedding in 3 weeks i heard it can make you loose 8 kgs in 10 days then after it im going to continue exercising and eating heatlhy so i hopefully dont put the weight back on but i just want to know if you HAVE done it did you gain all the weight you lost? Thanks :)

Haven't tried it..but check out this website I found ehow.com/ how_2337328_make-lemon-detox-diet.html actually..this diet sounds terrible..the drink sounds nasty..and it says 'do not eat any solid foods while on this diet'...if it works..thats why it works..its telling you to starve yourself! I dont reccommend it!
