Question: Have you ever tried the 500 calorie hcg detox diet?

I started the HCG diet on Thursday Jan. 27th and so far I have lost 5.5 lbs. It is easy for me to follow the diet rules monday thru friday because I am at work. But Ihave a husband and 5 children at home so this makes it very difficult to follow the diet plan. Over the weekend I cheated on the diet a lil bit. My question is has anyone here ever done this diet and had success with losing the weight and keeping it off? If you have taken this diet what kind of meals were you able to create using the foods allowed, because I am having a difficult time with the flavorless food. What side effects did you get by taking the drops, if any? Thanks so much!

Wow, how long do you have to stay at 500 calories?? How do you get all your vitamins, minerals, fibre, essential fats and protein with that amount of food?? Aren't you worried you'll put the weight back on when you start eating normally again? Sorry, but.... wow. I lost 40lbs easily (and free) with sparkpeople.com. Wouldn't pick any other diet. Ever.
