Question: Lemon detox diet! can you help me please?! 10points!?

I used 5 teaspoons of Cayenne pepper in 1 gallon of water and 4 lemons and 5 teaspoons of salt?....is that too much? it burns really bad. (the cayenne pepper does) how much was I suppose to use for 1 gallon? also i ran out of Cayenne pepper...so can i use chili powder instead? also how much should i drink if i wanna loose lots of weight. - i do work out.
